yes i thought about the sum of work it took!
i do mostly 3x3 and now that i saw this i had suddenly the desire to try something more complicated like yours

Just try it :-)
Most of the work is to cut out the right image sections of every single photo and put them in the "right" way together.
I think this one took me about 6 hours to finish it.

i will, as soon as i take new self portraits!

6 hours! :faint: oh, my most long time with an image must be 16 minutes :D
i'm very impatient.

i did something that is like the 1/5 of your image, and i only used 2 parts of the same image!
but i think it's the same concept, just 100 times lazier! [link]

Yes I think it´s almost the same concept and it is a interresting picture :-)

6 hours from taking the pictures to the result. I thought this was quite fast ;-)
Sometimes I´m working at a panorama two days or so... :shrug:
