The tower of Burg Windeck, Germany
This is one of nine images I photographed as a series.
I took all the pictures with a 7.5 mm f/3.5 Walimex UMC Fish-eye for MFT cameras. This lens has no electronic connection to the camera, so all the necessary settings (aperture, focusing, exposure time) must be done manually. This was and still is for me an interesting experience.
I took all pictures in raw-format, converted them to the dng-file-format and then I "developed" them with the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in for Adobe PSE. After that I processed the pictures with Silver Efex Pro 2 to this “old black and white look”. This grainy black and white look makes in my opinion the structure of the stones look best and I also love the look of old black and white slide film.
Oh, and by the way, I had to pay 50 Euro Cent to get into the tower
I hope you having fun looking at the whole picture series and be fascinated of this tower like I am.
